Hello Everyone! On behalf of everyone at the Art of Placement, we would like
to welcome you all to 2009! Each New Year represents a time where we can throw
off all that entraps, leaving behind the things in our lives which have weighed
us down, so that we can run the race of life with anticipation, with joy, with
purpose and with hope. We all know of the economic uncertainties that have
plagued us in the previous year, however, I am pleased to announce that there is
a light at the end of this tunnel. There has been considerable evidence that
2009 will bring about many new opportunities to celebrate and restore your faith
in a lavish lifestyle.
Cue in a sigh of relief...
there is a silver lining in this "grim" market. Current conditions are creating
a wealth of opportunities for some, with investors going into these unfavorable
markets and buying properties at low prices. Also, experts refer to a few
reasons that indicate why the impact will not be severe in every market. For
one, the Echo Boomers (born between 1982 and 1995) represent a growing
population that will help keep the housing market chugging right along.
Secondly, favorable interest rates and low inflation costs also create more
buying power and consumer confidence (more details at
realquest.com).On the other hand, the best
decision for many during this time is to stick around until the market improves,
which means falling in love all over again with your home. This is often a
difficult task to achieve. Enter, a highly professional, highly skilled, and
most importantly, fabulous interior designer... of course, I wouldn't be writing
this if I didn't regard my firm's talent to fit the bill. I cannot stress enough
the importance that improving one's surroundings can have on one's mental
outlook, productivity level, and physical well-being. Not to mention the talk of
the town and object of envy from our nearest and dearest. I hope and wish for
all of you to experience the "impact of good design" in your lives and I myself,
can promise a renewed spirit, a positive outlook, a mentally stimulating
environment, along with an improved sense of self, and peace of mind. And I
haven't even begun to tell you how much turnaround in profits and productivity
your newly decorated, gorgeous home can provide you with in the future. So, if
you're selling someday, but not today or anytime soon for that matter, there are
a few minor and major improvements that could be done to your home that will
bring about profit in the future! |
